30,000 m³/h Independent-Compartment Baghouse System
This 30,000 m³/h baghouse dust collection system was engineered for a high-temperature industrial process in Spain. The dust-laden gas reaches temperatures of up to 180°C and contains corrosive fluorine compounds, requiring specialized filtration and internal corrosion protection.
The system features eight fully independent filter chambers, 240 aramid filter bags with PTFE membrane, pulse-jet cleaning and an internal FRP anti-corrosion lining. The independent-compartment design improves operational flexibility and allows easier inspection and maintenance.
2 × 45,000 m³/h Explosion-Proof Cartridge Systems
Two 45,000 m³/h explosion-proof cartridge dust collectors were engineered for a new-materials production facility handling carbon-fiber and glass-fiber dust.
The systems combine high-capacity filtration, compartmentalized maintenance design and automatic fire-suppression protection. They were designed to control high-concentration fibrous dust and achieve an outlet dust concentration of ≤10 mg/m³.
6,000 m³/h Integrated Cartridge Dust Collector
This 6,000 m³/h integrated cartridge dust collector was customized for an automotive-parts facility in the Philippines, where airborne production dust was affecting the workshop environment.
The Q235 system features pulse-jet cleaning, a compartmentalized structure and an automatic fire-suppression configuration. It was designed to provide efficient dust control, simplified maintenance and an outlet dust concentration of ≤20 mg/m³.
