Pulse Jet Industrial Dust Collector
Pulse Jet Cleaning System
Utilizes compressed air to pulse-jet each filter cartridge, generating a reverse airflow opposite to the filtration direction to remove dust from the filter surface. The pulse jet cleaning system provides strong dust removal capability, maintaining a high filtration airspeed.
High-Efficiency PTFE-Coated Filter Cartridges
Equipped with PTFE-coated filter cartridges, which effectively capture ultra-fine particles as small as 0.3 microns. The vertical installation design minimizes the machine’s footprint and effectively prevents dust accumulation, which could otherwise reduce the effective filtration area of the cartridges.

How We Manufacture Dust Collectors
Before starting the production of industrial dust collectors, FengTu engineers first create detailed drawings and obtain customer approval to proceed with production. Once all functions and details are confirmed, the drawings are input into our production computer system. The manufacturing process includes material cutting, laser cutting, bending, welding, polishing, assembly, surface treatment, equipment testing, and more. Every detail is crafted and inspected according to your requirements.
